Service & Payment Terms
Clear scope and written costs before work begins.
Updated 26 October 2026
Independent services
SM Digital provides independent marketplace, catalogue, advertising, web design, GeM, GST and MSME assistance. Marketplace names identify the platforms supported; they do not imply a partnership, certification or government affiliation. Sales, rankings, platform approvals, government registrations and tender awards are not guaranteed.
Your project scope
Before paid work starts, the quotation or written service agreement should identify the platform, deliverables, quantities, revision allowance, responsibilities, estimated schedule and exclusions. Website illustrations and general service descriptions do not replace that agreed scope. Additional work requires written approval of the scope and charges.
Service fees and taxes
Published plans describe the stated service and duration. The final quotation/invoice identifies applicable GST, total payable amount and any separate costs. GST assistance fees are SM Digital service fees; government Udyam registration is free and optional MSME assistance is separate. The Website Ready service price is ₹8,999 + 18% GST (₹10,618.82 total including GST), with a 10-day delivery period starting after the agreed scope, required content and access are received. Domain, hosting, subscriptions and other separately agreed costs are itemised in the quotation.
Payment arrangements
Payment milestones, due dates and any advance are confirmed in writing before you pay. Pay only against the agreed quotation/invoice and verified payment details shared by SM Digital. This website does not collect card details or accept payments through its enquiry forms. Advertising budgets, marketplace charges, subscriptions, domains, hosting and paid apps are separate unless expressly included in the written quotation.
Content, access and delivery
You provide accurate business information, content you have permission to use and authorised access required for the agreed task. Keep control of your accounts; do not share OTPs or passwords through the website. Delivery estimates depend on timely inputs, agreed approvals and third-party processing. Ownership, account handover, maintenance and ongoing support are confirmed in your project agreement.
Changes and cancellations
See our Cancellation & Refunds information. Project-specific cancellation arrangements should be recorded before work starts. These pages do not remove rights available under applicable law. For scope, invoices or service concerns, contact samresh@sm-digital.in.
Order approval and cancellation requests
Orders are reviewed and approved by SM Digital. After approval, customer self-service cancellation is not available; contact our team with the order number to request a review. Cancellation does not automatically initiate a refund. Any eligible refund and related credit note are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, the agreed scope and applicable law.
Company order, billing and delivery policy
1. Order receipt and company notification
When a customer submits an order, the email address entered in the order form becomes the billing and service-delivery email for that order. Customers do not need to connect or sign in to an email account. New-order notifications are queued to SM Digital’s registered company notification email so our team can review the request. A receipt notification does not mean payment, service acceptance or government registration approval has occurred.
2. Admin approval and cancellation requests
SM Digital reviews and approves orders before work proceeds. After admin approval, customers cannot cancel through a self-service action; contact samresh@sm-digital.in or WhatsApp +91 78279 95121 with the order number. The team reviews work already completed, agreed scope and authorised third-party expenses. Any eligible refund is communicated under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
3. Service pricing and GST
Listed service fees exclude 18% GST unless a GST-inclusive total is expressly shown. For example, ₹499 service fee + ₹89.82 GST = ₹588.82 total. The customer’s billing GSTIN is optional; where provided, it appears on the invoice. Advertising spend and separately agreed third-party charges are not included in a service fee unless explicitly stated.
4. Invoice email after approval
For newly approved orders, the system queues a PDF invoice for the customer’s billing email after 24 hours have elapsed from approval. Delivery is processed on the next hourly email check, not before that 24-hour point. Cancelled/refunded orders, invalid email addresses or delivery errors may require review. This timing concerns invoice delivery only and is not a government-registration completion promise.
5. GST/MSME certificate delivery
When a GST or MSME registration order is ready for delivery, the team uploads the final certificate PDF against that order and checks that the document belongs to the customer and is addressed to the correct billing email. The original uploaded PDF is queued for email on the next hourly delivery check. No customer email-account connection is required. Files are kept private; identity-document uploads are not attached to company new-order alerts.
6. Completion and editing lock
Once Gmail confirms that the final certificate email has been accepted for sending, the order is automatically marked Completed and routine order editing is locked. Before that confirmation, the order remains Ready for delivery. A sent status confirms acceptance by the email provider; it does not guarantee inbox placement or that the customer has opened the message. Corrections or delivery concerns must be raised with SM Digital.
7. Refund records and credit notes
Order cancellation does not itself transfer a refund. Approved refunds are made through the relevant bank or payment provider, then their completed amount and transaction reference are recorded. A credit note can be issued against the original invoice for a recorded refund, with the related taxable value and GST adjustment. Audit records and issued documents are retained; an issued invoice is not overwritten by editing an order.
8. Email delivery and official e-invoicing
Transactional messages use SM Digital’s configured email sender, with samresh@sm-digital.in as the business reply-to. Customers should check the email entered with the order and their spam folder. Periodic checks, provider delays, connection failures or incorrect addresses can delay delivery; contact our team for assistance. Printable invoices and credit notes from this system are not automatically official GST e-invoices: IRN and signed-QR generation require a separate authorised IRP/API connection.
These service arrangements do not remove rights available under applicable law. Read our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy alongside the agreed service scope.
